We do not publish a response-time guarantee because we would rather not state one we cannot keep. In practice, support is answered within a working day or two. Data protection requests are answered within one month, which is the statutory limit rather than the target.
3. Before you write about a data problem
Two things resolve most reports about missing or wrong figures, and checking them first will get you an answer faster.
- Check the sync status on the Settings page. If a sync has failed or is stale, the figures downstream of it will be incomplete, and the page will say which one.
- Check whether the figure is labelled as an estimate. Amazon posts many fees days after the order, so a recent period is legitimately partly modelled rather than wrong.
If neither explains it, please do write. A figure that is wrong and unlabelled is the kind of bug we most want to hear about.
